meets at Christ Church once a month on the first Thursday. Starting at 7:30pm til 9pm ish.
Most of the group are beginners and have little or no training in art. We have demonstrations from time to time, for example sessions demonstrating the use of oils and the use of pastels.
We charge £4 a session (£2 for students) which we use to fund visiting teachers. All abilities are most welcome to join us.
LATEST NEWS: March 2025. The group recently had a great evening painting images to add text and send to Ukraine defenders. A moral boosting and supportive gesture for a country at war. The fabulous mini paintings have now had messages added and one is included in each Care sack going to Defenders in Ukraine. Photos below:
